Prijave Sudu časti HOK-a kao i prijedlog za mirenje Centru za mirenje pri HOK-u podnose se i postupak se vodi na hrvatskom jeziku. Sud časti i Centar za mirenje notificirani su od strane Europske komisije kao tijela ovlaštena za rješavanje domaćih i prekograničnih, online i offline potrošačkih sporova te registrirani na ORS Platformi za online rješavanje potrošačkih sporova

CONSUMER ADR
At the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, consumers can resolve disputes in front of Court of Honour or Mediation Centre. In these pages, you can find instructions and download forms for submitting your complaint or mediation proposal.
Proceedings before the Court and the Center are conducted in Croatian language (in non-complex disputes, however, proceedings can be conducted in english). The Court of Honour and Mediation Centre have been notified by the European Commission as qualified bodies for resolving domestic and cross-border, online and offline consumer disputes and are registered at the ODR Platform for resolving consumer disputes.
KONSUMENTEN ADR
Anzeigen an das Ehrengericht der kroatischen Handwerkskammer und ebenso Mediations-Anträge gerichtet ans Zentrum der Mediation der Kammer werden in der kroatischen Sprache gestellt sowie in derselben bearbeitet. In grenzüberschreitenden Streitigkeiten können die Anzeigen/Anträge an das Ehrengericht-Mediationszentrum nach der Benachrichtigung über die ORS Plattform der Europäischen Kommission gestellt werden.
