8. Međunarodna konferencija o alternativnom rješavanju sporova

Pozivamo Vas na 8. Međunarodnu konferenciju „Alternativno rješavanje sporova – suradnja uprave i pravosuđa s gospodarstvom“ 24. i 25. listopada 2017. godine u Zagrebu, Ilica 49/I.

Kome je konferencija namijenjena?

  • obrtnicima i drugim poduzetnicima, a osobito web trgovcima i onima koji se žele uključiti u e-trgovinu

Konferenciju organizira Hrvatska obrtnička komora pod visokim pokroviteljstvom Predsjednice Republike Hrvatske Kolinde Grabar-Kitarović, uz pokroviteljstva Ministarstva pravosuđa RH te Ministarstva gospodarstva, poduzetništva i obrta RH.

U skladu sa suvremenim trendovima u razvoju digitalnog društva, središnja tema ovogodišnje konferencije jest digitalizacija u postupcima rješavanja sporova, odnosno sustavi online rješavanja sporova (online dispute resolution ili ODR), koje će predstaviti ugledni svjetski i europski stručnjaci iz tog područja s bogatim iskustvom u dizajniranju i implementaciji takvih sustava.

Sud časti HOK-a i Centar za mirenje pri HOK-u, kao tijela za alternativno rješavanje sporova ovlaštena od strane Europske komisije, u svom radu primjenjuju digitalne alate.

Konferenciju, koja je jedina takva u regiji, svake godine posjećuje između 120 i 150 sudionika iz Hrvatske te susjednih zemalja, među kojima su gospodarstvenici, suci, odvjetnici, predstavnici i zaposlenici tijela državne uprave i tijela lokalne i regionalne samouprave, predstavnici potrošača, komorskih suradničkih institucija, banaka, osiguravajućih društava i dr.

We are pleased to invite you to 8th International conference „Alternative Dispute Resolution – Cooperation between the Public Administration and Judiciary with the Economic Sector“ Zagreb, Croatia on the 24th and 25th of October 2017

As we previously announced, this year we are emphasizing digitalization of dispute resolution procedures (online dispute resolution) and promotion of digital tools in economic development (e-commerce) as central topics of the conference. To present these topics, we invited leading experts from the EU and the world, many of whom will be introduced to the conference audience for the first time, which is why this conference represents a unique opportunity to get to know the current trends in these areas, all in one place. The Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, as an independent body of the Chamber, has been successfully dealing with out-of-court settlement of consumer and other disputes for the past 18 years. In addition to the Court, since 2004 there is also the Mediaton Centre at the Chamber offering mediation services while respecting the best practices in this area. Both alternative dispute resolution bodies of the Chamber apply in their practice the recognized solutions of the European Union in accordance with public policy on strengthening the Digital Single Market. The Court of Honour of the CCTC and Mediation Centre at the CCTC have been notified since May 2017 by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts of the Republic of Croatia and the European Commission as bodies for alternative dispute resolution in Croatia and registered on the Online Dispute Resolution Platform of the European Commission, which enables consumers from across the EU to settle disputes arising from online contracts with CCTC members.
