Dragutin Ranogajec president of Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts (HOK) in term 2011- 2015 won new term to 2018.
Coming from retailing trade he has been running a family retail and accounting services business since 1989. From 1990 he actively participated in the activities of tradesmen and craftsmen associations as President of Section for Commerce and Steering Committee Member of Tradesmen Association Krapina. Till 2004 he performed different duties in the bodies of Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Krapinsko-zagorska County, including the duty of the President.
From 2004 to 2011 he was a member of the Steering Committee of Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, President of the Committee for Economy and Committee for European Integrations as well as Vice President of the Committee for Finance of Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
He actively participates in the work of the Committee on the Economy of Croatian Parliament. He is a Krapina Rotary Club member, where he has performed presidential duty, as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the Society for Kajkavian Cultural Heritage Krapina.
In January 2011 he was elected President of Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts for the term 2011-2015.
With the majority of votes at the first constitutive Chamber Assembly meeting held on April 28, 2015, he was re-elected President of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts to year 2018.
The seven points election program, which President Dragutin Ranogajec presented to Chamber Assembly Members, refers to representation of trades and crafts’ interests at all levels, timely dissemination of quality information, improvement of education system for trade and craft professions, promotion of trades and crafts and the Chamber, strengthening the Chamber system, supporting “Doing business”, advisory services and new services for members as well as creation of tradesmen and craftsmen community.
